Job Description:
We are looking for an R&D Executive to join our Cosmetic Division at Kheda. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving cosmetic formulations, ensuring quality, stability, and cost-effectiveness of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new cosmetic formulations as per market trends and customer requirements.
• Conduct lab trials, stability studies, and performance testing.
• Optimize product formulations for cost, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation, lab records, and formulation data.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and Packaging teams for pilot and scale-up batches.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Desired Profile:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetics Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in cosmetic product development.
• Strong understanding of raw materials, emulsions, and formulation processes.
• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
