R&D DIRECTOR / TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

You possess the following qualifications and requirements for the job: - Ph.D., Masters degree, Bachelors Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch, with an exemplary research record throughout. - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing R&D teams. - At least 10 years of leadership experience leading a development team. - A closely related field or having 3 years of research, teaching, design, or development experience. - Strong teaching interest and an international publication record. - Experience and knowledge across a broad range of different technologies for peptide developments. - High knowledge in Grants & approval from UGC & other Funding Agencies.
