As an R&D Chemist at Hygiene Fresh FZE, you will play a crucial role in developing sustainable detergents, housekeeping, and laundry chemicals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and formulate sustainable and environmentally friendly detergents, housekeeping, and laundry chemicals. - Conduct research on raw materials and innovative technologies to enhance product performance and sustainability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with regulatory standards. - Optimize formulations for cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. - Lead trials and experiments to test product efficiency and safety. - Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and sustainable practices. Qualifications and Experience: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D within the detergents, housekeeping, or laundry chemical industry. - Strong understanding of sustainable and green chemistry principles. - Proven experience in formulating eco-friendly cleaning products. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. In addition, you should have a total work experience of at least 10 years in the detergent, housekeeping, and laundry chemical industry to be considered for this role.
