Job Responsibilities

Job Role: R&D Trainee Chemist

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay scale:-Rs.18,000/- CTC

Experience:- 0 To 1 Year

Preferred Candidate :- Male

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and improving dyes, pigments, and intermediates.
• Conduct laboratory experiments under supervision and record accurate observations.
• Support in product scale-up trials and process optimization at the plant level.
• Maintain proper documentation of experiments, test results, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, SOPs, and lab best practices.
• Assist in quality evaluations of new formulations against industry standards.
• Coordinate with production, QC, and technical teams during product development.
• Stay updated with new trends, technologies, and advancements in the chemical industry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic / Industrial / Applied Chemistry preferred).
• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant lab/industry experience.
• Basic understanding of analytical instruments (UV-Vis, FTIR, HPLC, etc.) is an advantage.
• Good observation, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Eagerness to learn and apply chemical concepts to practical scenarios.
• Ability to work under supervision as well as in a team environment.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
