Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in beverage R&D, café operations, or QSR beverage programs
• Strong understanding of coffee brewing, cold beverages, milkshakes, and tea-based drinks
• Proven ability to develop cost-effective, scalable recipes suited for Indian palates
• Skilled in standardizing beverage recipes and creating process documentation
• Experience collaborating with procurement and supply teams for sourcing and equipment setup
• High attention to hygiene, consistency, and quality control
• Passion for innovation in flavour development and modern beverage trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
