R&D Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

As an R&D Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager for a leading Food manufacturing company in Hosur, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the R&D Department - Develop new products in alignment with the marketing team and management requirements - Review existing products and enhance the recipes across the organization - Improve the product processes to enhance operations feasibility, increase recovery, reduce costs, enhance product quality, standardize processes, and simplify operations - Conduct stability studies for new and existing products to validate shelf life - Ensure compliance between Bill of Materials (BOM) and production batch cards - Verify Bill of Process (BOP) information on each product label and ensure compliance - Ensure timely creation and release of BOP - Review specifications of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods to meet requirements and develop specifications for unavailable products - Address challenges in existing products and processes to provide permanent solutions Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology or MSc in Food Technology from an Agricultural University - Minimum 7 to 12 years of experience as an NPD Manager or R&D Manager in a Food processing/FMCG manufacturing company If your qualifications and experience align with the above description, you can expect a budget of up to 12 LPA based on your experience and current CTC.
