Ratna Packing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled and dedicated individuals to support our production operations in packing, lamination, and printing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manufacturing or packaging units, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Packing Operations

• Execute daily packing tasks as per production requirements.
• Handle materials safely and ensure products are packed with accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
• Follow quality and safety standards during packing.
• Label, seal, and arrange packed products for dispatch.

2. Lamination Operations

• Operate lamination machines (manual or automatic).
• Set machine parameters according to job specifications.
• Monitor lamination quality and ensure proper bonding and finishing.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and alert supervisors of technical issues.
• Maintain records of production output.

3. Printing Operations

• Operate printing machines such as flexo/rotogravure (based on company setup).
• Ensure colour accuracy, print clarity, and alignment.
• Load materials (films, inks, cylinders) and prepare machines for production.
• Conduct routine checks to maintain print quality throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with QC team for final approvals.

Education

• 10th / 12th pass or ITI (Packaging, Printing, Machine Operator trades preferred).

Salary : 25,500 per month
