Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic US IT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting in US Market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, sourcing strategies, and the ability to build relationships with candidates. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions (Sourcing to onboarding) Source candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure technical and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients Negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely updates Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a staffing/MSP environment) Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.) Familiarity with ATS systems and job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Understanding of various IT technologies and job functions (developers, QA, DevOps, cloud, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: Remote
