Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Team Development - Provide direction, feedback, and support to branch and service centre teams to enhance operational efficiency. - Foster a positive and engaging work environment, motivating employees through recognition and development opportunities. - Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and onboarding processes to build a high-performing team. 2. Process & Resource Optimization - Analyse operational MIS to develop strategies for efficiency enhancement and risk mitigation. - Monitor daily inputs of loan files for Legal review & updation. Strategizing for timely disbursement & ensure customer satisfaction.. - Identify and implement improvements in process execution to optimize costs and streamline operations. 3. Compliance, Risk & Quality Control - Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all operational facets. - Identify and mitigate risks through structured Business Continuity planning. - Supervise quality control measures to maintain excellence in operational deliverables. - Conduct regular audits and oversee housekeeping parameters to uphold compliance standards. 4. Digital Initiatives & Customer Experience Management - Drive digital adoption within operations, leading initiatives for tech-enabled service enhancements. - Monitor customer complaints, streamline resolution processes, and ensure superior customer experience from disbursement fixing to document release. - Collaborate across departments to strengthen inter-team coordination and workflow efficiency. 5. Decision-Making & Performance Measurement - Take ownership of critical decision-making, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Measure and analyse team performance, identifying areas of improvement to optimize overall efficiency. - Review and approve operational deviations, ensuring compliance with internal policies. 6. Monitoring of account function & record management - Ensure timely process & reconciliation of all accounting bank entries processed through cheques, NACH, direct debits, individual online credits. - Timely payments to respective vendors & related parties. - Looking after overall management of mortgage records throughout loan tenure. Conducting risk assessment & adopting mitigation measures with respect to storage of physical records in custody of bank branch. 7- Qualifications & Experience - Proven experience in operations management, preferably in financial services or lending sector. - Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to drive compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvements effectively. - Hands-on experience with digital transformation initiatives in operations.
