Role & responsibilities Tendering of different rake of railways ,MIS , Financials GPWIS movement . GPWIS complete operation. Railway coordination in the Division and Zonal level for day-to-day traffic and Liasioning . Coordinating with Indian Railways for allocation & traffic movements for smooth cargo operation of port. Goods Terminal Management, Data Analysis, MIS, Power Point Presentation Monitoring all commercial issues involving Railway Commercial as per port requirement. Ensuring Affordable TAT of the GPWIS rakes to hance NGR traffic credit. Planning for the movement of rakes in NGR system to achieve the budgeted target. Finalization of BPC based destinations for dispatching the rakes. Monitoring & coordinating with Railway traffic commercial for NGR credit. Manpower planning & management of Railway Services. Implementation of SOP, JSA, HIRA to strengthen safe work environment. Implementation & audit compliance of IMS, 5S, internal safety, commercial transaction. Monitoring & Coordinating of all MIS for business & KPI for services providers. Coordination with SECR Railway for allotment of rakes for intime supply to meet buffer stock Quantity declaration, Monthly return filing and despatch reconciliation with mining Dept and clearances Railway coordination with local station, divisional and zonal railway offices. Rake planning, coordination with railway authorities for supply against pending Indents Managing of Private Railway siding for traffic of more than 150 rakes in a month Handling Inward bulk material from import procedure to railway dispatch to plant.
