Builder is just OK, if I talked about quality of construction than I observed that quality is not as per expectation. Inner walls are observed cracks and leakage even within one year of new flat possession.

All Staff well Communicating & Coordinating except one people whose name is Ashish (Staff of Rai Residency Pvt Ltd) he is threating to the customer for amount recovery. He doesn't have a sense as how to speak with customer.

It is nice place to invest here but here no park is available but going out of Rai residency there is a park for kid's to go far for tuition or classes it is nice that here classes are there like skyline classes,etc.

I am living here from last 2 months.. No adequate area for parking. No Power back up. No play area for childrens. Seems conjusted with all near near buildings.
