Proofread reports for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and medical terminology. Ensure that all documentation complies with hospital or clinic formatting standards and privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Communicate with radiologists and healthcare staff to clarify and verify details as needed. Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and sensitive information. Prioritize work to meet report turnaround time (TAT) deadlines. Support general administrative tasks in the radiology department if required. Preferred candidate profile
