Radiology Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Radiology Technician to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support the radiology team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, good patient handling ability, and hands-on experience in operating radiology equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and other imaging procedures as per the radiologist's instructions.
• Ensure quality and clarity of images for accurate diagnosis.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and positioning them correctly.
• Operate and maintain radiology equipment following safety protocols.
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and ensure proper shielding for patients and staff.
• Assist radiologists during procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update reports in the system.
• Regularly inspect and ensure the functionality of radiology equipment.
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certificate/B.Sc in Radiology / Medical Imaging Technology.
• 2–3 years of experience working as a Radiology Technician in a hospital or diagnostic center.
• Hands-on experience with X-ray, CT, MRI, or Ultrasound equipment.
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and safety standards.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a medical team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in PACS/RIS systems.
• Knowledge of emergency and trauma imaging.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
