Additionally, you will play a key role in radiation safety by designing shields for treatment rooms, overseeing the safe operation of teletherapy machines, and conducting machine acceptance testing. Collaborating with Senior Physicists, Medical Doctors, and CT Technicians will be essential in providing instruction to professional staff in treatment planning and developing new treatment techniques. Your duties will also involve maintaining records, reports, and files, collecting necessary statistics, and reporting all safety aspects, equipment-related matters, and mishaps to the Head of Department promptly.
