Job Description

As a RadiantLogic Specialist at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in managing virtual directory services and data synchronization across enterprise systems. With 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience with RadiantLogic FID and ICS, you will design and implement solutions, manage VDS integrations, and perform schema/index/configuration changes and enhancements. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis for incidents, collaborating with infrastructure and security teams, and monitoring system performance for proactive issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement RadiantLogic FID and ICS-based solutions. - Manage VDS integrations and data sync with authoritative sources. - Perform schema/index/configuration changes and enhancements. - Conduct root cause analysis for P0/P1 incidents and performance issues. - Collaborate with infra and security teams for DR setup and environment builds. - Monitor system performance and proactively resolve data quality issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Experience in Directory Services or IAM roles. - Hands-on experience with RadiantLogic FID, ICS, and VDS. - Familiarity with ODSEE, RedHat Directory, Ping Directory, and CyberArk. - Understanding of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks. - Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and communication skills.
