Your roleWe’re hiring skilled and motivated RadiantLogic Specialists across PAN India to join our Identity & Access Management team. This role is key to managing virtual directory services and data synchronization across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience with RadiantLogic FID and ICS, along with a strong understanding of directory services, data integration, and compliance.

Design and implement RadiantLogic FID and ICS-based solutions.
Manage VDS integrations and data sync with authoritative sources.
Perform schema/index/configuration changes and enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis for P0/P1 incidents and performance issues.
Collaborate with infra and security teams for DR setup and environment builds.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve data quality issues.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in Directory Services or IAM roles.
Hands-on experience with RadiantLogic FID, ICS, and VDS.
Familiarity with ODSEE, RedHat Directory, Ping Directory, and CyberArk.
Understanding of ITIL processes and compliance frameworks.
Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and communication skills.
