Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Haryana, India, for a RAC Production Engineer (IDU Assy line). The Production Engineer will oversee the production activities on the IDU Assembly line, ensuring alignment with quality standards and production targets. Key responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing processes for efficiency and productivity. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting and process optimization
• Understanding of Quality Control processes and quality assurance standards
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in the HVAC or RAC industry and familiarity with assembly line operations is an advantage
