RAC LAB TECHNICIAN

As a RAC Lab Technician for teaching, your main responsibilities will include performing preventative maintenance on RAC units. This involves regularly inspecting and cleaning RAC units, such as filters, coils, and condensate drains. Additionally, you will be required to check refrigerant levels and pressures to detect potential leaks, lubricate moving parts as necessary, and monitor system performance to proactively identify any issues before they escalate. Another crucial aspect of your role will be troubleshooting and repairing RAC systems. You will need to utilize diagnostic tools to diagnose malfunctions accurately, identify faulty components, and replace them when needed. Furthermore, you will be responsible for repairing electrical wiring and connections associated with RAC systems and addressing concerns related to airflow, temperature control, and humidity levels. In terms of installation and upgrades, you will install new RAC units and components according to specified guidelines. You may also need to modify existing systems to meet changing requirements and carry out system upgrades or retrofits to enhance efficiency. Documentation and reporting play a vital role in this position. You will be expected to maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts utilized. Additionally, you will generate reports on system performance, highlighting areas for improvement, and communicate any issues or findings to the engineering team members. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence at the designated work location in person.,
