Role Description: RAAH Group is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer for our Pune location. This full-time, on-site role involves handling quotations, sales engineering, providing technical support, and engaging in sales activities. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers, providing technical solutions, generating leads, and driving the sales process to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: Understand our product/services technical features, functionalities, and benefits. Study customer Enquiries/RFQs, analyze specifications, and prepare relevant solutions. Identify customer needs, pain points, and business challenges to propose the best solutions. Generate leads and proactively reach out to potential customers. Communicate with customers and prospects via calls, emails, and in-person visits. Address and resolve client queries and complaints in a timely manner. Prepare and draft proposals, quotes, and other sales documents. Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) data. Achieve monthly sales targets. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. 5+ years of experience in global sales or a similar technical sales role. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven experience in presenting technical products/services, providing expert advice, and troubleshooting customer issues. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions. Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Plan and run campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.; research prospects; track and optimize lead quality and conversions. Database Management: Maintain and segment databases; ensure accuracy, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and relevance. Email Marketing: Design and optimize campaigns; conduct A/B tests; analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions. Digital Marketing Operations: Manage social media and website updates; monitor analytics and ROI; ensure brand consistency; coordinate with teams/agencies for content, creatives, and technical support. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and email marketing. Hands-on with Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp). Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and automation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Basic design (Canva/Photoshop). HTML/CSS for emails/landing pages. Experience with marketing automation workflows.
