Job Summary:

Senior Process Associate R2R

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end R2R activities including journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes within defined timelines.

• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items in a timely manner.

• Assist in preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP/IFRS), and company policies.

• Liaise with internal teams such as P2P, O2C, Tax, and FP&A for accurate financial reporting.

• Support internal and external audit requirements.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and automation projects.

• Document and maintain SOPs and process documentation.

• Train and support junior team members as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (GAAP, IFRS).

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.

• Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a multinational or global shared services environment.

• Exposure to tools like BlackLine, Trintech, or other reconciliation automation tools.

• Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
