Internship
• Undertake experimental work in accordance with R&D Manager/Management to develop new products & improve functioning of existing products.
• Research Product formulations & Properties of raw materials.
• Establish Product Specifications & Procedures as required
• Obtain Process Technology & Equipment information for Production.
• Testing and evaluation of Raw Materials.
• Undertake Day to day batch manufacturing required during lab scale development of existing as well as new products.
• Formulate Product prototypes & evaluate them for Chemical & Physical Properties, performance & stability.
• Develop Reports & Documents detailing Projects processes, result & conclusions.
• Calibration of equipment's.
• Support QA issues in relation to Rework/ Complaints/ Incidents/ Rejections.
• Record work and generate reports as requested.
• Regular project reviews with R&D Head.
• Conduct research & field evaluation on new products.
• Ensure that all duties/activities associated within quality control department are
carried out in compliance to Health, Safety, Environment and Quality management systems
