Query Analyst - Japanese

As a Query Analyst - Japanese at ALTEN India, you will leverage your strong Japanese language proficiency and engineering foundation in a global environment to support international stakeholders. Your focus will be on technical documentation and query resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Translate technical documentation, customer communications, and support content between English and Japanese - Act as a key language expert within the Help Desk team to facilitate smooth communication with Japanese-speaking stakeholders - Analyze and resolve incoming queries and tickets within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) - Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models (DMUs), EBOM, SBOM, and other technical data for accurate and timely responses - Classify and update ticketing categories to capture detailed and mandatory input for improved query tracking - Manage escalations and high-priority topics efficiently for clear and prompt resolutions - Collaborate with departments such as R&D, Parts Engineering, Parts & Service Documentation, and Technical Services to address technical concerns and provide end-to-end solutions Software Proficiency: - SAP - PLM Tools - MS Office Educational Qualification: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (BE) Experience Required: - 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in technical analysis and language translation roles Work Location: - Bangalore & Chennai This role is suitable for professionals with a combination of engineering insight and linguistic capabilities, particularly those experienced in automotive and product lifecycle domains.
