Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor (Interiors) located in Mumbai. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for interior projects. Key tasks include conducting site visits, assessing project requirements, analyzing costs, preparing tender and contract documents, and coordinating with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and contractors. They will also be responsible for ensuring projects remain within budget and provide cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• More than 6 years Experience for interiors field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent mathematical abilities and proficiency in data analysis
• Experience in preparing cost estimates and financial reports for interior projects
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS Excel and quantity surveying software
• Understanding of construction contracts, laws, and regulations
• Experience in working on-site and conducting site visits
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
• Job location-Indiranagar, Bangalore
• Salary per month up to 50 -60 K.
