Quantity Surveyor(civil)

Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Department: Contracts/Commercial
Reports To: Project Manager / Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Measure quantities and track material usage on-site.
• Analyze project drawings and specifications for cost implications.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Monitor project costs and compare with budgets (cost control).
• Prepare and evaluate variation orders and change requests.
• Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in contract administration and compliance.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
