Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with 5 to 6 years of proven experience in residential construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in quantity take-offs, estimation, and cost control within the residential real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements specifically for residential buildings
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Carry out accurate cost estimation for civil, structural, and finishing works
• Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
• Prepare and manage Work Orders for contractors and suppliers
• Monitor and control project costs to prevent overruns
• Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for timely updates

Requirements:

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in residential construction
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques, BOQ preparation, and cost control
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related tools/software
• Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and market rates
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with builders or developers on apartment or villa projects
• Knowledge of local pricing and residential construction standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
