1. To creates detailed drawings and plans for the Residential Interior Projects.
2. To use CAD software to translate designs into precise blueprints, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
3.T0 collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and construction teams, revise drawings based on feedback, and maintain project documentation.
4. Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings
5. Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
6. Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
7. Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
8. Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
9. Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
10. Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
