Role Overview: Morpho Dimensions, a design and build firm specializing in creating intelligent office spaces for innovative organizations, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor professional to join their team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed budget estimates, conducting market analysis for material rates, monitoring project costs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Your expertise and experience in quantity surveying within the building construction industry will be crucial to the successful execution of corporate and workplace interior fit-out projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create BOQ estimates based on detailed drawings and develop comprehensive budgets accordingly - Conduct market analysis to determine current material rates before initiating tender processes - Monitor and control project costs throughout the entire project lifecycle - Identify and assess vendors/suppliers, assisting in the selection process with comparative analysis - Analyze project status periodically to evaluate cost implications and explore alternative solutions for budget management - Maintain all documentation to ensure total compliance with design, contractor, legal, and other relevant standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the building construction industry - Experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects - Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field - Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors pertinent to interior fit-outs - Proficiency in adopting digital and technology initiatives - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality and customer satisfaction - Strong ability to work independently under minimal supervision - Alignment with the company's core values of teamwork, integrity, and excellence,
