· Strong ability to prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ)
· Have to make the site visit and take the requirements to prepare the tender.
· Strong understanding of the commercial interior industry, including the latest trends and developments
· Strong ability to prepare the measurement sheet as per site execution and get the billing done.
· Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
· Proficiency in relevant computer software, including AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
