Job Description

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor working on the Multimodal Transport Hub project in Greater Noida, your role is crucial in managing cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning. Your responsibilities will include: - Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications. - Develop cost estimates and budgets for all civil and structural components. - Assist in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities (BOQs), and procurement schedules. - Evaluate contractor bids and support in contract negotiations. - Monitor project costs and flag budget deviations during the planning and execution phases. - Work closely with planners, engineers, and procurement teams to align financials with the construction schedule. - Support value engineering and cost-saving strategies. - Prepare financial progress reports, cash flow projections, and cost control documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering. - 7-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure or transport projects. - Proficient in MS Excel and ACAD etc. - Strong understanding of contract types (EPC, PPP, DBFOT) and procurement methods. - Familiarity with IS codes, MoRTH, and IRC specifications.
