Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans. · Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses. · Monitor project expenditure and control costs. · Prepare tenders, contracts, and procurement documentation. · Manage contract administration and dispute resolution. · Measure and value work done on site and certify payments. · Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and specifications. · Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors. Qualifications · Degree or Diploma in Civil, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. · Minimum 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in interior fit out projects. · Strong knowledge of construction contracts and practices. · Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
