Quant Researcher and Developer Indian Markets

As a Quant Researcher & Developer, your role will involve designing, backtesting, and executing trading strategies in Indian equities, indices, and derivatives. This position will encompass a combination of research, coding, and live trading execution, taking ideas from conception to profit and loss. Key Responsibilities: - Building and testing systematic strategies using historical tick data. - Developing fast and reliable backtesting & execution systems. - Working with low-latency APIs for live trading. - Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to discover alpha. - Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing live strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong skills in Python or C++. - Experience with market data (tick/order book) and backtesting. - Knowledge of Indian market microstructure and basic derivatives. - Minimum of 15 years in quant research, trading, or development. Good to Have: - Experience with execution algorithms and risk systems. - Familiarity with cloud computing for large-scale simulations.
