Quality Testing - Fasteners

Greetings!!!

Dear Candidates,

We are looking for a diligent Quality Checker with experience in fasteners to inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products

Roles and Responsibilities: 

*Inward Quality Checking:*

1. Inspect raw materials and fastener components received from vendors.

2. Verify specifications such as size, grade, coating, hardness, and thread quality.

3. Use tools such as vernier calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and hardness testers.

4. Identify and segregate non-conforming parts.

*Outward Quality Checking:*

1. Inspect finished fasteners before dispatch to ensure they meet customer specifications.

2. Conduct final checks for dimensions, plating, packaging, and labeling.

3. Perform visual inspections for cracks, rust, or surface defects.

4. Verify batch numbers and test certificates before dispatch.

5. Maintain final QC records and reports for outgoing materials.

Qualification: 

1. High school diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.

2. 1–3 years of experience in fastener quality checking.

3. Good understanding of fastener types (bolts, nuts, screws, washers) and grades.

4. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

5. Proficient in using measuring and inspection instruments.
