Quality Systems Specialist

Job Description

We are a screen printing company looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a full-time quality systems specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or quality management, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in automotive or printing field. The primary responsibility will be managing the quality systems for screen printed automotive parts. Knowledge of ISO and other quality certifications is a must. Role & responsibilities Oversee quality operations and supervise the QA team Look into customer complaints and solve issues. Document and review all QMS activities, 5S, 8D, Fishbone diagrams, Rootcause analysis deviations, change controls, CAPAs, PPAP, PSW. Compile and manage SOPs and master documents Approve and manage suppliers Coordinate and execute internal and external audits Review production/batch documents Compile quality reports and conduct quality reviews for presentation to management. Knowledgeble in ISO and systems and certifications. Preferred candidate profile Language preference Marathi, Hindi, English. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering or quality management, along with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the automotive or printing field.
