Quality Supervisor

As a Quality Supervisor, your role is crucial in ensuring the quality of materials and processes in manufacturing. Your responsibilities include overseeing incoming materials, conducting in-process inspections, managing supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) include: - **Incoming Inspection**: - Conduct thorough inspections to verify critical parameters, threading, and accept or reject the lot. - Check assembly materials for critical parameters, threading, scratch marks, burr, plating, and shade variation. - Verify raw materials for quantity, condition, and color shade, ensuring they are not too wet or hard. - Inspect process materials for condition, batch number, and test reports. - **Sample for Colour Verification**: - Compare samples with master batch sample. - Perform insert assembly test and pack samples as per customer standards. - Send samples with test report to designated customer contact. - **In-Process Inspection**: - Conduct hourly inspections during moulding and check product dimensions. - Inspect insert assemblies for torque testing, scratches, and damages. - Verify printing, barcode, price, month, pouch seal, and packing orientation during pouch packing. - **Pre-Dispatch Inspection**: - Inspect materials as per quality plan, drawing, and customer requirements before dispatch. - Conduct 100% inspection of components, segregate, rework, and analyze. - **Documentation**: - Prepare various reports including Incoming Inspection, Process Parameter Checklists, Production, First Piece Inspection, and more. - Establish systems like SMED, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, IATF, VDA 6.3, TPM, EMS, OHS AS, 7QC Tools, and conduct regular quality audits and inspections. - **Supplier Management**: - Evaluate and audit suppliers, manage relationships, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. This is a full-time position located in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience. Benefits include Provident Fund.
