Role & responsibilities

Site QA (Quality Assurance) Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and ensuring that quality standards are met during the Installation & Commissioing of Kavach. Their main duties typically include:

• Ensuring that the I&C activityes are compliance with the Manuals/procedures.
• Assigning tasks, and providing guidance and support to ensure they follow proper quality assurance processes.
• Conducting regular inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure materials, equipment, and work are up to the required standards.
• Identifying potential quality issues or defects in the work and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve them promptly.
• Maintain asset list, monitoring online attendance App, Loco WFMS.
• Ensure proper training to engineers on quality standards, best practices, and safety protocols.
• Ensuring safety regulations.
• Reporting findings to senior management and offering recommendations for improvement when necessary. They act as the liaison between the quality department and other departments or stakeholders on the project.
