Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical or related field)
Job Description:
Lead and manage the quality department for tyre manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Oversee inspection, testing, and quality assurance processes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.
Coordinate with production and R&D teams for process improvements.
Should possess strong negotiation skills as the role may expand into Purchase and Sourcing responsibilities.
