Quality Ops Specialist

As a Quality Ops Specialist at Lutech Resources, you will apply your conceptual knowledge of Operations to solve a range of straightforward problems with guidance from colleagues and leadership. Your responsibilities will include analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures, building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers, and understanding key business drivers to solve problems in straightforward situations. Key Responsibilities: - Assure that subcontractors conform to all job specifications and approved procedures - Write, review, and revise job-specific procedures - Analyze statistical data to determine the cause(s) of non-conformance in products or systems - Assist inspectors in resolving quality problems and non-conformances - Assist with root cause analysis - Observe work processes to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures - Conduct studies aimed at improving processes and reducing waste Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study preferred - Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience - Proficiency with computers and Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Lutech Resources, with over 25 years of experience, provides tailor-made recruitment and integrated resource management to leading Engineering, Energy, and Manufacturing sector companies globally.
