Quality Officer

· inspecting raw materials and finished products, conducting tests, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring products meet established standards and specifications by monitoring production processes, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

· Key qualifications often include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, technical proficiency with testing equipment, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with teams and report findings.

· Monitor production processes to ensure they are operating within established quality guidelines and identify potential issues.

· Operate and calibrate various testing instruments, measurement tools (such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers), and specialized software to analyze product quality.

· Collect, analyze, and report inspection and test data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

· Implement corrective actions to resolve non-conformities and collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and find solutions for quality-related problems.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.

· Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and corrective actions.

· Train and support other team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
