Quality Officer

We are looking for a skilled Quality Officer to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience and a strong background in quality control, assurance, and engineering.

• Review and interpret HVAC project drawings, technical specifications, and quality plans.
• Conduct inspections of HVAC equipment installation including ducts, chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV units, and piping systems.
• Ensure adherence to project-specific QA/QC procedures, codes (like ASHRAE, SMACNA), and industry standards.
• Perform material inspections, equipment checks, and monitor calibration of HVAC tools/instruments.
• Maintain records of inspection reports, test certificates, non-conformity reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are implemented effectively.
• Witness testing and commissioning activities (e.g., air balancing, water balancing, pressure testing).
• Assist in preparing method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality reports.
• Conduct audits and participate in internal and external quality review meetings.
• Support continual improvement by identifying quality risks and recommending preventive measures.

• Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality control, assurance, or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing, control, and procedures.
• Experience with QMS implementation and product quality management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
