Job Description

As a Sr. Quality Manager in the CDW Division, your role will involve overseeing and managing quality operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring adherence to ISO / TS / IATF standards, process compliance, and proper documentation. - Conducting customer and third-party audits, with a focus on implementing all corrective actions. - Driving continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejections and non-conformities. - Leading, mentoring, and training the quality team to achieve process excellence and operational efficiency. - Coordinating with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues in real time. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering. - 10+ years of experience in CDW, Tube Mill, or Steel Fabrication industry. - Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis. - Hands-on experience in customer complaint handling, PPAP, APQP, and FMEA. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh location.
