Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality checks on raw and processed agri products (with focus on peanuts).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards and export requirements.
• Supervise grading, sorting, and packing processes to minimize defects and foreign material.
• Work with the operations team to implement quality improvement measures.
• Maintain proper documentation of quality inspections, test results, and reports.
• Assist in audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Prior experience in agri commodities/food processing industry preferred but not mandatory (fresh graduates may apply).
• Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, APEDA, HACCP) will be an advantage.
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
