Job Description: Quality Inspector - Aerospace Industry

Location: Bidadi, Bangalore
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹28,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Only Experienced Candidates)

We are a leading aerospace company specializing in precision components for the aerospace industry. Our commitment to quality and precision in manufacturing is paramount, and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team in Bidadi, Bangalore.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Inspector with experience in aerospace precision components to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in aerospace or precision manufacturing environments and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality inspections on precision components for aerospace applications.
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Document inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.
• Report on inspection activities and any deviations from quality standards.
• Perform first article inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality management systems.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that products meet design specifications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or precision component industry.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques in the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and documentation.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Additional Requirements:
• Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Bidadi, Bangalore.
