Job Summary:

Peepcrowd Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated VMC or CNC Milling Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC or VMC machines to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate VMC or CNC milling machines.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., Vernier calipers, micrometers).
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues related to machine operations.
• Maintain production logs and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in VMC or CNC milling machine operation.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and tool offsets.
• Familiarity with G-code programming (added advantage).
• Knowledge of measurement instruments and quality checks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
