Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Vasai Plant
Industry: Manufacturing – Bed Fitting Bracket
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming raw materials, Bought out and other components as per quality standards.
• Monitor and record in-process and final product quality checks
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms
• Identify non-conformities, prepare inspection reports, CAPA and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct calibration checks on gauges, meters, and testing equipment used in the plant.
• Maintain proper records of inspection, testing, and certifications.
• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external quality audits.
• Responsible for maintaining and controlling documents in accordance with ISO9001:2015.
• Process Control & Improvement

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to use measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, Micrometres, gauges, and testing tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and reporting ability.
• Hardworking and Dedicated.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Production Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
