Quality Inspector

As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products by conducting inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process. Your expertise in machining processes, documentation, and process improvement techniques will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct visual and physical inspections of raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. - Record all inspection findings, test results, and defect reports in a clear, organized manner. - Identify defective products or materials and initiate non-conformance reports. - Notify supervisors of quality issues and collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve problems and implement corrective actions. - Monitor automated inspection systems and ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout the manufacturing process. - Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of experience in quality inspection. - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE).
