Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Incharge (Footwear) at Walkaroo International Private Limited, located in Bahadurgarh. The Quality Incharge will oversee the quality assurance process of footwear production, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement quality control measures. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting regular inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, and coordinating with production teams to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Familiarity in quality assurance and quality control processes in the footwear industry
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in identifying quality issues and implementing corrective actions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite at the Bahadurgarh location
• Diploma in Footwear Technology or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
