We are seeking an experienced Batching Plant Incharge to manage and oversee the operations of our in-house RMC batching plant dedicated to Mivan high-rise residential projects. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted production of high-quality concrete, plant and equipment maintenance, and seamless coordination with site, quality, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the in-house RMC batching plant for Mivan projects.
  
• Manage raw material inventory (cement, aggregates, sand, admixtures, water) to ensure timely and uninterrupted concrete production.
  
• Ensure accurate batching of concrete as per approved mix designs and project requirements.
  
• Monitor and maintain quality of concrete in coordination with the QA/QC team, including cube casting, slump tests, and laboratory trials.
  
• Maintain plant records including daily production reports, material consumption logs, and calibration records.
  
• Plan and coordinate timely dispatch of transit mixers to multiple high-rise tower sites within the project.
  
• Schedule and supervise regular maintenance and calibration of batching plant equipment (M1, M1.25, M2, or equivalent).
  
• Enforce safety protocols and environmental compliance in line with project and statutory requirements.
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and minimize downtime to meet concrete supply schedules.
  
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and project execution teams for material availability and delivery planning.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma / B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  
• 47 years of hands-on experience in RMC batching plant operations (in-house or commercial).
  
• Prior experience in high-rise/Mivan projects is mandatory.
  
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, QA/QC procedures, and material testing.
  
• Familiarity with batching plant automation systems / ERP software preferred.
  
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
