Job Title: Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our gym equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness equipment maintenance, quality control, and a passion for promoting a safe and effective workout environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test all gym and fitness equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule repairs or replacements as needed.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers to address quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Train gym staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality management or equipment maintenance in a fitness environment.
• Strong knowledge of gym and fitness equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and safety standards.

Skills:

• Technical proficiency in fitness equipment maintenance and repair.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
