Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To Perform routine testing of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished Goods (FG).
Record and report test results accurately and ensure timely material/product release.
Ensure third party testing of FG as per FSSAI requirement.
Conduct basic in-process quality checks and monitor online process controls.
Support production in maintaining GMP, hygiene, and food safety practices.
Maintain records of daily quality tests, checklists, and reports.
Ensure proper filing of test reports, COAs, and compliance records.
Assist in documentation for Agmark, ISO 22000, HACCP, and other certifications.
Support in preparation for internal and external audits.
Gain hands-on knowledge of food safety, QMS, and FSMS practices.
Attend trainings and implement learnings in daily tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
