Position Title: Quality Executive
Location: Hyderabad, Kochi, Kerala (Office-based)
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in Hospital Management / Health IT / Biomedical Engineering / MCA / BCA
Key Responsibilities:
Support the deployment and configuration of AccreHealth QMS modules at client hospitals/site
Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales meetings and client discussions
Train end users (Quality Managers, Clinicians, Admin Staff) on system usage
Handle client queries and provide technical support related to QMS modules
Coordinate with the tech team to escalate and track resolution of issues
Conduct pre-sales calls and lead generation
Conduct UA data collection
Participate in Go Live and post-testing
Manage day-to-day coordination of software launch activities at the client site
Participate in administration activities of IT business including but not limited to social
media marketing, client meetings and demos
Participate in product development activities such as flow charts, user manuals, user testing and training video etc.
